Terms & Conditions

Website information

Fruges Arena provides product, calculator and resource information to help customers prepare an enquiry or quotation request. The website is not a promise that every item is immediately available or suitable for every application.

Requests, estimates and quotations

An RFQ, request acknowledgement, calculator result or estimated website price is not an order and is not an issued quotation. Final price, delivery, availability, payment terms and quotation validity are confirmed only on the Fruges Arena quotation.

Quotation validity belongs to the issued quotation identified by its QUO-NG reference and version. A later revision replaces the commercial terms of the earlier quotation version.

Orders and stock

Acceptance of a quotation does not by itself create a promise that stock has been reserved. Order confirmation is a separate step, and Fruges Arena confirms the applicable availability and fulfilment position for the actual order.

Measurements and configured goods

Customers remain responsible for checking the dimensions they provide. Calculator and installation guidance assists preparation of a request, but site measurements, fixing surfaces and final installation conditions must be checked for the actual project.

Cut, configured and Ready-to-Install goods are prepared to project requirements and may be treated differently from ordinary unused catalogue stock for returns or changes.

Product specifications and media

Customers should rely on the stated SKU and confirmed specification for an order. Supporting factory, stock or application media may illustrate context and should not be treated as dimensional proof unless the page specifically identifies it as exact-product proof.

Delivery and collection

Delivery or collection arrangements depend on destination, quantity, specification and the agreed transaction. Delivery charges and handover arrangements are confirmed for the quotation or order.
